Role Description ET Créations recherche un.e Executive Producer / Chef.fe de Projet Senior pour structurer un projet international mêlant pop-ups, mode personnalisable, e-commerce, contenu viral et expérience communautaire. Démarrage souhaité : dès que possible. Objectif cible : première activation au mois de juin, puis déploiement physique et online sur les mois suivants. Vos missions : - Préparer l’un des projets les plus ambitieux : une expérience retail internationale autour de la mode, de la personnalisation, du contenu et de la communauté. - Créer une expérience physique et online où les clientes peuvent composer leur propre pièce ET : maillot de bain, body/léotard, paréo, accessoires, charms, anneaux ou éléments personnalisables. - Envisager plusieurs villes : Paris, Dubai, Bali, Nice, ou d’autres destinations stratégiques selon les recommandations du profil sélectionné. - Créer une expérience mémorable, très partageable sur les réseaux sociaux, mais aussi structurée business, rentable et scalable en ligne. Dans un premier temps, nous souhaitons confier une mission de structuration stratégique et opérationnelle. Livrables attendus : - Recommandation sur le format du projet. - Recommandation sur les villes prioritaires. - Rétroplanning jusqu’à la première activation de mai. - Estimation budgétaire globale. - Identification des risques. - Recommandation sur les agences / prestataires à mobiliser. - Plan d’exécution physique + online. - Priorisation des prochaines étapes. Si la collaboration est concluante, la mission pourra évoluer vers le pilotage global du projet. Missions possibles ensuite : - Pilotage du projet de A à Z. - Coordination des agences et prestataires. - Suivi du budget. - Recherche de lieux. - Coordination des pop-ups. - Suivi scénographie et expérience client. - Lien avec e-commerce, influence, production et logistique. - Gestion des deadlines. - Anticipation des risques opérationnels. Qualifications - Profil senior, autonome et très structuré. - Expérience souhaitée dans un ou plusieurs domaines : - Pop-up stores. - Retail expérientiel. - Production événementielle. - Mode, beauté, luxe ou lifestyle. - Brand activation. - Lancement international. - Gestion de projet créatif. - Coordination multi-prestataires. - Gestion de budgets significatifs. - Français et anglais recommandés. - Capacité à challenger la vision, pas seulement de l’exécuter. - Le projet est créatif, mais il doit rester réaliste, rentable et opérationnellement solide. You will bring experience supporting large-scale events and possess a passion for creating dynamic event experiences. The Expo & Creative Producer will occupy a defined lane within that structure, with clear ownership of the expo hall environment and creative activation layer, while operating in close coordination with teammates across all other event verticals.
