Role Description En tant que Assistant Technique – Infirmier de Bloc opératoire (H/F), vous assurez la bonne utilisation de nos produits en assistant techniquement nos clients au bloc opératoire lors de la pose d’implants Stryker (Gamme Hanche & Genou). Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe commerciale, en veillant au quotidien au bon déroulement de la relation commerciale. Vous exercez votre activité sur le secteur Sud-Ouest (Toulouse, Pau, Dax, Biarritz…) et êtes idéalement basé à Pau, Tarbes. - Support technique - Assister les chirurgiens lors de poses d’implants Stryker. - Assister le personnel du bloc opératoire des établissements de santé /clients lorsque ces derniers ne maîtrisent pas encore parfaitement les ancillaires Stryker. - Participer à la formation de nos clients chirurgiens, internes et IBODE à nos ancillaires et aux techniques opératoires spécifiques associées. - Participer aux formations internes produits, etc... organisées par la société pour maintenir son niveau de connaissance. - Responsabilités logistiques - Veille à la logistique (commandes livrées à temps, complètes pour les interventions), et de la disponibilité et la traçabilité des kits et dépôts. - Tenir son agenda à jour sur le planning des assistances opératoires. - Conseil commercial - Contribuer activement à développer la notoriété de Stryker en valorisant son image au quotidien par une mise en valeur des produits lors des assistances opératoires. - Rappeler les caractéristiques et avantages des produits Stryker auprès de nos clients lors d’une pose produit, tout en respectant la charte éthique Stryker. Qualifications - Diplôme d’IBODE ou les mesures transitoires. - Expérience d'un an minimum en tant qu'IBODE ou Infirmier (H-F) avec mesures transitoires. - Permis de conduire valide.
