Role Description Bi-lingual Environmental Sustainability Data Scorer roles (4 Week FTC September - October 2026). Are you fluent in both German and English? Do you have a keen eye for data and are passionate about developing a career in environmental sustainability? We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our fast-paced and diligent scoring team. Our client scores companies and cities on their environmental performance. We are looking for several scorers to contribute to the successful delivery of the 2025 scoring process. This would involve applying scoring methodologies to various responses across climate change, water security, and forests. For the right candidates, this experience could lead to excellent opportunities and supercharge a career in sustainability, with successful candidates receiving training to qualify as a recognised scorer (the role requires scorers to undertake three weeks full-time paid training followed by an exam). - Working independently, as part of the scoring team to deliver the annual scoring cycle, including: - Undertake and successfully pass training course to become a certified scorer. - Scoring corporate and/or city responses to a high degree of accuracy in line with scoring criteria. - Perform quality assurance checks against defined scoring criteria. Qualifications - High attention to detail and ability to work to tight timelines. - The ability to understand and analyse qualitative and quantitative data. - Good proficiency with IT tools, MS tools. Role requires basic Excel skills/web browser use. - Diligent working style with a proven record of working independently under tight timelines to deliver projects successfully. - (Desirable, not essential) Academic and/or professional experience in climate change, water security, deforestation, corporate sustainability and/or sustainable cities. - Language Skills Preferable (English & German). Requirements - Training to begin September 2025, work to begin October 2025. Role to finish in November. - Scorers will be expected to WFH. - Standard UK working day (9am - 6pm). Equipment requirements - Scorers expected to have own Laptop device to work from, 2nd screen/monitor is recommended but not required. - We will provide licences for required software.

• Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for HubSpot's data primitives — objects, properties, property groups, associations, and the metadata systems that make them discoverable and extensible • Own the API mission for Data Platform: define standards for how our data layer is surfaced to developers, set the direction for API quality and consistency, and coordinate with Ecosystem and Partnerships teams on where API capability unlocks platform value • Drive alignment on schema evolution across HubSpot — working with PMs, engineers, and architects across Marketing, Sales, Service, and AI Agents to ensure the data model grows in a way that's backward-compatible and forward-looking • Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch, including shipping improvements to how customers define and manage their own data model in HubSpot • Understand our customers and their data complexity by engaging with them directly — from SMBs managing simple contact records to enterprise teams running sophisticated multi-object data architectures • Use data and developer research to identify friction in our API surface, devise strategy to address it, and partner with engineering to ship improvements that measurably improve developer experience • Represent the data primitives and API roadmap to senior leadership, Ecosystem partners, and key enterprise customers

• Develop and design data architecture solutions • Implement data strategies and management for clients • Collaborate with teams on data workflows • Lead projects involving data migration and integration

Role Description As the Lead of the Data Onboarding team, you will serve as a mentor guiding a team of specialists while also executing complex data work yourself. You’ll drive operational excellence through mentorship, project oversight, and hands-on delivery of data onboarding, migration, conversion, and validation projects. This role blends deep technical acumen with thoughtful leadership, and requires a strong understanding of financial portfolio data, AI workflow/agentic AI knowledge, and team enablement. You’ll be instrumental in fostering a collaborative team culture, driving efficiency and quality in our data delivery, and contributing to the growth of both your team and our global data function. Important: - The working schedule for this role is from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, U.S. business days. - Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in technology and finance, with exposure to client facing or delivery roles. - Prior experience leading or mentoring others, either formally or informally, with a demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and drive outcomes. - Strong domain knowledge in portfolio, wealth, or investment management and familiarity with financial data structures. - Proficient in SQL/Python and knowledgeable in ETL workflows and data transformation logic. - Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly across cultural and functional boundaries. - Highly organized with an eye for detail, able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines. - Solutions driven mindset with a desire to improve and innovate. - Experience working with globally distributed teams and clients is mandatory. Requirements - Responsible for leading the onboarding and implementation of US/LATAM Clients. - Lead and mentor a team of Custodial Data Onboarding Specialists, supporting career development, delivering regular feedback, and helping individuals thrive in their roles. - Manage the team’s work allocation, prioritization, and execution to ensure on time, high quality project delivery. - Provide technical oversight and hands-on contributions to data onboarding, data migration, data conversion, and validation efforts using Databricks, Claude and internal tools. - Establish and maintain standard processes to ensure quality and consistency in client delivery. - Guide the team in issue resolution and escalate blockers proactively, maintaining alignment with internal and client stakeholders. - Collaborate cross functionally across global teams including Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering to deliver integrated solutions. - Identify and drive opportunities to improve tools, workflows, and automation for greater efficiency. - Foster a team culture that values collaboration, learning, and a shared commitment to client success.
