• Define brand vision and strategic direction, ensuring maximum market fit and profitability • Lead the delivery and execution of this strategy, within the constraints of the relevant regulatory frameworks • Lead, drive and execute commercial, and business development activities • Be responsible for product research and innovation ideation, keeping product aligned with market trends and evolution • Own day-to-day brand operations across player acquisition, retention, player operations and casino management • Ensure the business is always in compliance with market requirements • Own P&L, responsible for the financial success of the company • Champion company culture and values locally, ensuring alignment with the group's standards • Lead and develop teams for success and foster strong ownership

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in leading iGaming brands in regulated markets is mandatory
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling a brand or business unit with full P&L responsibility
  • Proven ability to define and execute long-term brand vision and commercial strategy
  • Ability to monitor and improve casino performance
  • Experience leading small, lean teams
  • Willingness to work hands, where needed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools and KPIs
  • Good functional and technical understanding of iGaming Products
  • Strong people leader with experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
