Job Requirements
- Від 2-х років досвіду full cycle рекрутингу (бажано в продуктовій компанії)
- Висока навичка комунікацій – написання якісних текстів, надання фідбеку, навичка перемовин
- Вміння ставити питання: техніки проведення інтервʼю, kick-off дзвінків, вміння докопатись до суті
- Досвід побудови довгострокових стосунків з кандидатами та командою на всіх етапах найму
- Робота з інструментами автоматизації та аналітики: ATS, сорсинг-розширення, дешборди
- Досвід закриття performance marketing та аналітичних ролей буде плюсом
