Role Description Join our growing team at Next Job Abroad! Do you have experience in recruitment? Are you fluent in Danish and thrive when working independently with clear goals? We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious freelance recruiter to join our international team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad. As a Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence. During your first three months, you’ll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you’ll get hands-on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis – with no earning cap. You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.
