Job Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications, distributed systems, or cloud-based services
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
- Experience participating in architecture reviews and technical design discussions for production systems
- Experience delivering software using Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices
- Experience supporting production systems, including operational readiness, incident response, and reliability improvements
