Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as programme/project manager or programme consultant preferably in the UK Health sector
- Fluency in English is required; French, Dutch, and German are highly desirable
- Experience using or interpreting data analytics and KPIs
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in programme delivery and operations
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Responsibilities Leadership - Exhibit VetEvolve’s values and execute VetEvolve’s mission and vision in all facets of work - Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to support VetEvolve’s overall management structure - Support the diligence process to use information collected during diligence to make an informed decision of whether or not to proceed with the offer and LOI with a potential targeted practice - Collaboratively lead and scale the Integrations team, fostering talent development and operational excellence - Lead with a client-focused mindset always - white glove service, client satisfaction, high-touch!
