Role Description We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can build and scale Flipper’s paid acquisition engine and help drive sustainable revenue growth across global markets. This role goes far beyond buying traffic. Our products are unique, our audience is passionate, and success requires much more than optimizing campaigns and dashboards. We’re looking for someone who enjoys understanding products, customers, and markets, and can translate those insights into effective acquisition strategies. - Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other relevant channels. - Manage advertising budgets and optimize CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency. - Manage external agencies and marketing partners, evaluating performance and sourcing new vendors when needed. - Build and scale the performance marketing function as the company grows. Qualifications - Strong experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Paid Acquisition roles. - Fluent English and Russian. - Proven track record of managing and scaling significant advertising budgets. - Deep expertise in paid media platforms, attribution, analytics, and conversion optimization. - Experience working across international markets, particularly the US, EU, and UK. Requirements - Experience with Amazon advertising and marketplace ecosystems. - Experience with Kickstarter, crowdfunding, or product launch campaigns.
