• Partner with Sales, Marketing & Partner Ops stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and translate needs into scalable Salesforce and GTM system solutions • Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality (flows, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, dashboards, etc.) and support rollout of new initiatives • Collaborate with the Revenue Technology team to maintain strong standards around solution design, documentation, release management, and change communication • Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve operational efficiency and user experience • Serve as a trusted partner to end users, balancing day-to-day support with long-term platform improvements and driving CRM adoption across the org
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years in a Business Systems, Salesforce Admin, or RevOps role
- Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge; CPQ exposure a plus
- Hands-on experience with declarative tools: configuration, flows, validation rules, reporting, and dashboards
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
- Proactive, curious, and ownership-oriented

Role Description The Systems Sr. Engineer will: - Identify the tasks in designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks. - Create and extend Pega applications. - Manage rules and rulesets. - Leverage the Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) to promote rule reuse between case types and applications. - Configure roles, access groups, and privileges. - Manage data access within an application design for multiple device types and screen sizes, including mobile devices. - Manage integration settings. - Provide thought leadership to stakeholders and agile teams across the business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements. - Work in conjunction with technical product owners and Scrum Master to size and deliver solutions while managing scope and risk. - Lead Pega application deployment and upgrade, upgrade process & rule remediation. - Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI, and corporate standards, including reviewing alert logs. - Develop standards and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture/design/coding. Role Description The Business Systems Lead Analyst is responsible for the following: - Collaboration with business leaders and key users in Global Supply Chain organization to understand, fulfill and improve business requirements. - Responsible for the design, configuration, testing and implementation of IT capabilities that support planning processes. - Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications. - Analyzing and modeling the business domain to create a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software. - Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution. - Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables. - Developing and deploying robust steady-state Solutions for planning processes such as Demand Control, Kit to Order, NPI and support integration for SAP IBP and related E2E legacy systems. - Leading cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement efforts. - Evaluating potential software solutions including off-the-shelf and open-source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements. - Creating functional requirements in use cases; coordinating requirements walk-through and signoffs. - Verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs. Senior SCADA Controls Systems Engineer

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Controls System Engineer. This qualified individual would work under the guidance of the Manager - Operational Technology to design, implement, and operate cutting-edge, utility scale energy storage systems including supporting control systems at various plant locations. This position requires experience, advanced knowledge, and expertise with next generation plant control and automation systems, including battery energy storage systems, cyber security network standards, ISO market interfacing, and plant performance management.
