Role Description We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Digital/ Performance Marketing to drive user acquisition through performance marketing and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who can run biddable campaigns efficiently while identifying and managing high-impact partnerships. - Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple ads, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels. - Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimize for CAC, LTV, and ROAS. - Manage day-to-day campaign monitoring, perform campaign RCA, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. - Work with internal & external agency/teams to develop engaging ad creatives & copies. - Leverage programmatic (DSPs) and affiliate marketing to expand reach and improve acquisition efficiency. - Utilize data-driven insights to experiment with new audience segments, creatives & targeting approaches. - Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic Direct partners to drive customer acquisition. - Work closely with internal teams (creative, tech, analytics) to align partnerships with broader marketing objectives. Qualifications - 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in gaming, fintech, or e-commerce). - Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels of App & Web campaigns on (Google Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple ads, Programmatic channels etc.). - Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Have fair understanding of MMP i.e Appsflyer, Adjust or Branch etc. - Good communication and data analytical skills.

YOUR ROLE We are hiring a Buyer, Paid Search for a full time temporary role through September 4. The role is focused on paid search and sits within our biddable team (Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic).  This role collaborates with our Account (media planning) and Redbox (analytics) teams, as well as having daily client contact. This position is based in our New York office. We offer a hybrid work setting with working onsite in our NYC office and the flexibility to work from home. - Assist with the development and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to meet client objectives. - Hands-on experience in the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM). - Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Google & Microsoft Ads, SA360 (Search Ads 360), and other third-party management platforms. - Execute a variety of media tactics, such as Google PMAX & Demand Gen, Retargeting, Audience Targeting, and Shopping campaigns. - Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret overall search performance metrics and trends. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization. - Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI. - Communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in written form, demonstrating strong presentation skills. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing insights with the team to enhance overall team performance REQUIREMENTS - 1.5 - 2+ years experience in paid search. Digital ad agency experience. - Hands-on Keyboard’ experience in search management platforms. Includes the following: - Supervise the everyday performance of search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns - Manage monthly and daily spend activity on your assigned clients (Six Figure Monthly Budgets Preferred – Minimum) - Plan, coordinate.and administer numerous presentations for your managed accounts - Lead regular status update calls with clients to ensure optimal performance - Provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reporting & analysis strategy - Communicate key performance trends to your account lead and clients - Conduct keyword research to drive new areas of growth for your clients - Create effective ad copy to produce optimal click through and conversion rates - Work closely with display and digital marketing teams on development and execution of integrated marketing plans - Ability to established relationships with vendors (Google & MSN representatives) - Strong organizational skills and ability to balance tight deadlines and challenges. Salary range is $62,000 -$ 80,000 annual. Commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure in the industry and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
