Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, process improvement, or a related role. - Proven hands-on experience designing, building, maintaining, and troubleshooting dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, SQL-based systems, or similar analytics platforms. - Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization best practices. - Experience leading projects and implementing process improvements that drive measurable business outcomes. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is responsible for delivering scalable workforce reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across Mobility Global. The position combines technical expertise in Workday reporting and visualization tools with strong stakeholder partnership capabilities. The role contributes to the development of people analytics strategy and data governance standards, while executing high-impact reporting and insight delivery.
