Qualifications - 4+ years of experience as a marketing manager with a focus on e-commerce DTC. - Experience in Shopify. - Experience in managing a team of minimum 3 people. - Experience working with US market. - Proven track record scaling paid media while building brand equity in Google and Meta. - Strong analytical skills with experience managing marketing KPIs. - Creative mindset with a data-driven approach. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Passion for adventure and the outdoors is a big bonus.
