You will be working in: - English (German is a big plus) How you will make an impact: - Planning and maintaining project roadmaps including timelines and milestones. - Monitoring deadlines and identifying bottlenecks early. - Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Creating engaging presentations aligned with our brand guidelines. - Participating in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items. - Supporting the account management team with client requests and issues. - Acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams. - Coordinating onboarding processes for tracking tools, including documentation and stakeholder communication. - Facilitating communication between clients and our analytics team, plus handling internal admin tasks (e.g. maintaining Zoho CRM). - Preparing and managing quotes in BC365 (finance management tool), including tracking approvals. Qualifications - A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. - A basic understanding of marketing channels and tactics. - Some experience in a client support role. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask. - Skilled at creating presentations (e.g. using PowerPoint). - Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written. - Familiarity with project management tools and processes. - Great attention to detail and a strong sense of quality. - Proactive, team-oriented, and hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with tools like Zoho or Business Central 365 is a plus.
