Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs bevorzugt, aber nicht zwingend notwendig. - Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Customer Experience, Customer Service, Beratung oder Solution Design. - Erfahrung in der Konzeption komplexer Lösungen sowie in Angeboten und Ausschreibungen, idealerweise mit interdisziplinären Teams. - Fundiertes Verständnis für digitale Geschäftsmodelle, moderne CX-Technologien, Automatisierung und den Einsatz von KI. - Souveränes Auftreten, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen. - Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel, sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Konzepte strukturiert und visuell ansprechend aufzubereiten. - Hohe Eigeninitiative, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Begeisterung für digitale Transformation, innovative Kundenerlebnisse und aktuelle technologische Trends. - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
