Role Description Sous la responsabilité d’un directeur de recherche et investigateur principal des études sur la tuberculose pédiatrique (Decide-TB, eHealth4ChildTB, TB-Speed, Target), votre mission sera de conduire les analyses statistiques de ces différentes études avec un focus particulier sur le projet Decide-TB, en phase active de production scientifique, et de contribuer à leur valorisation scientifique en collaboration avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire. - Définir et réaliser les calculs de taille d'étude, rédiger les plans d’analyse statistique. - Concevoir les protocoles des études, suivre l'implémentation et le déroulement des études. - Réaliser les analyses statistiques. - Diffuser et valoriser les résultats (rapports, résumés et articles scientifiques, présentation en congrès). - Assurer et organiser une veille scientifique et mettre à jour ses compétences techniques via des formations. - Tutorer des étudiants et jeunes chercheurs sur les analyses statistiques. - Conseiller les collègues sur les méthodes en recherche clinique, l'analyse statistique et la programmation sous R. - Participer à la démarche qualité et l’amélioration continue de l'équipe et du pôle statistique. Qualifications - Maîtriser les principes de calcul de taille d'étude, et les analyses statistiques courantes : tests d'hypothèse, régression linéaire et linéaire généralisée, analyse des données de survie, analyse de données longitudinales ou groupées, analyse de données de grande dimension, sélection de variables, gestion des données manquantes. - Connaître les principes des essais randomisés en cluster ou le développement et la validation d'algorithmes de prédiction clinique (au moins un des deux). - Maîtrise de la programmation en R et avoir des notions en SAS. - Maîtrise de la recherche bibliographique et de la rédaction d'écrit scientifique. - Anglais Niveau B2 à l'oral et C1 à l'écrit. Company Description L’équipe GHiGS comprend 80 personnes dont une vingtaine de doctorants et un nombre important d’ingénieurs dédiés à la mise en œuvre d’essais/recherches cliniques, d’études sur la mise en œuvre (« implementation research »). Au sein de cette équipe, vous rejoindrez un groupe interdisciplinaire d’une douzaine de personnes qui travaille spécifiquement sur la recherche sur la tuberculose de l’enfant et serez aussi intégré au pôle Statistique qui comprend 8 statisticiens. Role Description The Delivery Specialist (DS) is responsible for servicing customers based on their orders, by delivering tires to existing customers that are not readily/easily serviced from TireHub Logistics Centers (TLCs). The DS will collaborate with their TLC Leader or Area Operations Leader (AOL) and Customer Service Specialist to maintain and enhance these customer relationships. The DS must effectively service all existing assigned customers. This role reports to the TireHub Logistic Center (TLC) Leader or AOL, and is assigned to a TLC, but works remotely. - Delivery Service (up to 85%) - Vehicle Maintenance (5%) - Customer Service (5%) - Other assigned tasks (up to 5%) Adjustments to these allocations are made as business needs evolve. - Communicates effectively with customers and TLCs to coordinate inventory requirement back to leadership, inventory, according to customer requests, new or special tire inventory and current market trends. - Conducts daily route deliveries and visits to customers and build rapport with key decision makers, ensure quality standards, and pro-actively solve customer concerns. - Loads, unloads, inspects, and records tires on TireHub vehicles for delivery to and from customers. - Verifies the accuracy of tire selection, packing, weighting, marking, and counting for customer orders. The core responsibilities of this position are to attend MISO meetings, build relationships with parties involved in those meetings, and provide support and advising to GPI’s projects that focus on or relate to MISO rules and decisions. This position is part of a larger team that is working on engagement in the SPP, MISO, and PJM regions.
