Qualifications - Expérience en comptabilité, idéalement dans un cabinet comptable. - Connaissance du logiciel Agiris est un plus. Role Description The Move-Out Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless and compliant resident move-out process, with a strong emphasis on timely and accurate reconciliation of security deposits in accordance with local and state regulations. This role plays a vital part in delivering a positive resident experience at the end of their lease term, while protecting the interests of the property owner. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing and comparing multiple inspection reports, invoices, and documentation to ensure accuracy in resident billing.
