Principais responsabilidades: - Estratégia e produção de conteúdo: - Criar e revisar conteúdo otimizado para blogs, sites e e-books, aplicando estratégias de SEO e Inbound Marketing; - Desenvolver e revisar textos para redes sociais, anúncios patrocinados, landing pages e e-mails; - Participar da criação de ideias e estratégias para campanhas, alinhadas aos objetivos dos clientes; - Escrever e revisar materiais offline, como roteiros de vídeo, spots, portfólios e impressos; - Pesquisar e estudar a fundo a persona, o mercado e os materiais dos clientes para garantir a excelência dos textos. - Revisão e otimização: - Realizar a publicação e otimização de artigos em WordPress; - Fazer a revisão completa de todos os materiais da agência (gramática, ortografia, especificidades do cliente). - Relacionamento e gestão: - Participar de reuniões com a equipe e clientes, atuando com escuta ativa e empatia; - Gerenciar tarefas diárias e pautas, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos; - Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre as tendências do mercado e novas ferramentas (como o ChatGPT). Qualifications - Experiência: Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência comprovada em redação, preferencialmente com foco em agronegócio e em agência. - Domínio da língua portuguesa e excelência em redação e revisão; - Experiência com Microsoft Word, PPT, Google Docs e Apresentações; - Conhecimento avançado em SEO para conteúdo, personas, Inbound Marketing e Copywriting; - Familiaridade com ferramentas de blog, Google Analytics, Search Console, redes sociais e uso estratégico de Inteligência Artificial. Role Description The Grants Writer works to support the mission and vision of Neighborhood Healthcare by completing and submitting grant applications. This role will manage all aspects of the grants processes in support of NHC programs and initiatives. In addition, this role will collaborate with leaders of departments throughout the organization to gather required data and details for grant applications. This position is full-time and primarily remote, but candidates must be located in California. This position will focus on grant writing to support our Inland Empire region. Responsibilities - Researches, identifies, qualifies, cultivates, and solicits foundation, non-profit, corporate, private, and government funders at a local, state, and national level. - Generates proposals and supporting documents in response to request for proposals (RFP) and other grant solicitation opportunities. - Writes, prepares, and submits reports and other donor communications. - Incorporates accurate and pertinent information in grant proposals and applications. - Builds and maintains inter-departmental relationships, including finance and all program areas. - Works with operations and clinical staff to identify, develop, and package programs that are appropriate for grant funding. - Maintains contact with grant-making organizations during their review of a submitted grant application to be able to supply additional supportive material. - Researches, compiles, organizes, and presents various data for a variety of purposes, including grant proposals and business developments. - Analyzes and gathers community data from external resources and internal patient population reports. - Maintains systems to track grant writing activities, funder requests, and disposition of grants. - Coaches and supports program managers across the health center to successfully implement grant funded programs, including progress report writing, reminders, and communicating with funders, as needed. - Analyzes situations and makes timely and effective decisions.
