• Reporting to the Manager, Solutions Consulting, design and deliver focused sales demonstrations for State and Local Government agencies • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and partner teams • Prepare, lead, and deliver strategic technical product demonstrations • Support sales engagements through product demonstrations at vendor-sponsored events, trade shows, and user group meetings • Analyze complex customer scenarios requiring evaluation of multiple variables • Develop and deliver advanced, customized solution prototypes and executive-level presentations
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of Sales Engineer or Solution Consultant experience in a SaaS environment and/or at least 2 years of experience with Clariti software implementations and/or at least 5 years of GovTech industry experience, preferably in community development
- Experience with the Salesforce platform
- Ability to align cross-functional teams around shared customer needs and objectives
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Proven client relationship management and solution-oriented customer engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong active listening abilities
- Demonstrated technical project management experience, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Travel is required within North America (up to 50% of the time)

Role Description As a Senior Consultant you will play a key role within the Agriculture and Land Management team delivering a broad range of business-focussed, technical and environmental farm management advice to farmers and growers, advice programmes on behalf of government agencies, supply chain and industry organisations. You will have the responsibility, assisted by the Technical Director, of establishing regional groups of progressive farmers that have a desire to grow their businesses, both sustainably and profitably, through the adoption of techniques that are proven to drive success but also demonstrate a level of innovation that provides added value and return on investment. As a Senior Consultant you will also work with the Technical Director for Business Management and across the SMT to assist with the learning and development of the more junior consultants, providing them mentoring opportunities and advice in respect of sales, technical advice and problem solving. The successful applicant will need to be versatile and be willing to be involved in a range of consultancy services to farmers and other industry stakeholders, including both GO’s and NGO’s across the UK. Key responsibilities - Provide specialist advice across a range of farm business management consultancy services such as strategic planning, farm business reviews, enterprise benchmarking, succession facilitation, creation of diversified enterprises, analysis of financial accounts and financial planning using cloud-based software. - Enable clients to achieve their overall business objectives, providing independent direction and actions to improve performance on a continual basis.
