Role Description The Global Relocation Consultant manages and delivers international relocation and assignment services for employees moving between or within non-U.S. locations. Services are delivered in accordance with client programs and contractual requirements and may support permanent relocations or international assignments. Acting as the primary point of contact, the consultant owns the relocation experience from initiation through completion, ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction, policy compliance, and cost control while coordinating with corporate clients and global service partners. Essential Functions and Responsibilities - Employee & Client Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating international employees or assignees. - Provide expert guidance and support on relocation policy, benefits and cost containment. - Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a positive relocation experience. - Program & Financial Management - Administer authorized relocation and assignment services in accordance with client policy. - Prepare cost estimates, assignment agreements, and expatriate compensation balance sheets. - Manage exception requests, approvals, and ongoing cost monitoring. - Vendor & Systems Management - Coordinate and manage global supplier partners to ensure service quality. - Utilize NuCompass Mobility (NCM) and other systems to ensure accurate documentation, billing, and data integrity. - Capture referral fees and ensure timely and accurate invoicing. - Collaboration & Client Development - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients. - Participate in client meetings as needed. - Support account planning with Client Relations and Operations leadership. - Positively participates with other team members by fulfilling own role, helping others and supporting the team. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in global relocation or a related mobility industry. - Strong knowledge of international assignment and relocation assignment management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and database systems. Preferred Qualifications - Preference for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates. - Experience working with global tax firms. - Familiarity with assignment management software. - Bachelor’s degree in a related field. - Prior experience living or working outside the U.S. Competencies - Communication - Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively listens to understand employee and client needs and communicates complex information clearly and professionally. - Relationship Management - Builds strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Demonstrates consultative skills and effectively manages issue resolution. - Analysis/Prioritization - Exhibits strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments. - Service Delivery - Maintains a strong customer service focus and consistently meets or exceeds client expectations. - Problem Solving - Proactively identifies issues, evaluates solutions using data and experience, and escalates appropriately when needed.

Job Requirements
