• The BC Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing and ensuring solution integrity for implementation projects involving Business Central, coordinating consultant teams, and providing invaluable advice to customers regarding business system design and implementation. • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead and assist with the development and design of end-to-end processes for BC solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional design documents and configuration specifications. • Implementation & Deployment: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of functional consultants on the implementation of BC solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems. Ensure smooth deployment of solutions by coordinating with project teams, managing timelines, and addressing technical challenges. • Technology Integrations: Oversee the integration of BC systems with other enterprise applications Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems. • Project Management: Collaborate with Project Managers to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within scope. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs and technical requirements. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to communicate solution designs and implementation plans.

• A senior customer facing role providing technical leadership, design and support to a virtual team of highly skilled professionals delivering complex and bespoke Unified Communication, Contact Centre, WAN and LAN solutions • To provide detailed customer designs in at least one of the following towers (Unified Communication, Contact Centre, WAN and LAN) and technical ownership to the businesses in high profile accounts • To add value, in terms of technical skills, to the various accounts through the issuing of detailed network solutions • To be engaged during the latter stages of the pre-sales cycle to provide technical assurance on complex solution viability • Technical accountability and leadership of the virtual team responsible for the detailed design, development, delivery and test of multi-million-pound complex customer solutions • Low level discovery of existing solution components and owner of the transition from existing to proposed solution • Sign off and acceptance of pre-sales High Level Design and statement of requirements on behalf of the Solution Integration team • Owner of the Solution Integration statement of work which translates the high-level design and requirements into detailed technical deliverables • Technical risk/issue ownership and management/resolution during solution delivery • Act as a subject matter expert and be accountable for the customer solution design engagement during post-sales solution delivery

• Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects. • Build and maintain direct relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors. • Promote and implement SBD’s value-added products and services. • Oversee SBD’s contributions at all construction phases, coordinating with internal teams. • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement plans for each assigned project. • Identify new opportunities for SBD to add value and streamline procedures. • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership.
