Role Description The Junior Buyer on the Purchasing team will be an enthusiastic, detail-driven, self-starter who plays a key role in keeping products and materials moving. You will support purchasing activities from request to delivery, partner closely with internal teams and suppliers, and bring curiosity, organization, and a problem-solving mindset to every order. - Eager to learn and quick to adapt. - Follow processes, analyze details, and help drive smart buying decisions that support business success. Qualifications - Bachelor degree and up to 2 years purchasing experience (experience can be substituted for education). - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Outgoing, positive personality that champions team spirit. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, prioritize, and perform exceptionally under pressure. - Ability to assimilate written technical literature and turn complex information into practical solutions. - Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Willingness to work extended hours during high volume periods. - Ability to evaluate, understand, and make sound business decisions.
