Purchasing Coordinator

• Source and evaluate vendors based on project requirements • Request, compare, and analyze quotes to ensure competitive pricing • Create and issue accurate purchase orders, ensuring alignment with scope, pricing, and timelines • Maintain clear and consistent communication with vendors throughout the purchasing process • Review and validate pricing against project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimating, Accounting) to ensure alignment • Maintain accurate and organized records in systems such as Asana, Studio, and Google Sheets • Ensure all purchase orders are complete, approved, and ready for production handoff • Identify and proactively resolve discrepancies, risks, or delays related to procurement

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative/operations roles
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 preferred, strong B2 acceptable)
  • Experience with vendor communication, quote comparison, and PO management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello)
