Senior Analyst, Pharmacy Network

• Partner with Pharmacy Network leadership to develop and maintain analytical models that inform network strategy, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations • Manage regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all pharmacy network submissions • Analyze and quantify contractual financial performance with pharmacy partners, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization • Oversee MAC pricing impacts and NADAC management, monitoring pricing changes and assessing their influence on network economics and guarantees • Conduct pricing modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate the financial implications of network changes, contract modifications, and market dynamics • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding pharmacy network performance, pricing structures, and contractual terms with clear, data-driven insights • Build scalable analytical frameworks and reporting tools that enable the Pharmacy Network team to make informed, strategic decisions • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Client COGS, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on pharmacy economics and client financial performance • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in pharmacy network analytics and reporting
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, pharmacy benefit management, financial analysis, or related fields
- Detail-oriented and organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in complex analyses
- Technically proficient with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data analysis tools; SQL or other programming languages a plus
- Strong communicator who can translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences
- Collaborative team player with experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting leadership decision-making
- Self-directed and proactive with ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and drive projects to completion.
- Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), pharmacy networks, or pharmaceutical pricing
- Knowledge of NADAC, MAC pricing methodologies, and pharmacy reimbursement models
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements in healthcare or pharmacy
- Background in contract analysis or financial performance evaluation
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Python, or other advanced analytical tools
