Program Operations & Growth Associate
SOLO NETWORK
Role Description This is a remote position. SPARK+ Academia is the training and upskilling vertical of SPARK+ Technologies. It runs skilling and upskilling programs for students and freshers using SOLO Network as the platform layer for learner engagement, skills visibility, credentials, and outcome tracking. We are looking for a Program Operations & Growth Associate to support the execution, growth, and stakeholder coordination of SPARK+ Academia programs. The role involves: - Managing day-to-day program operations. - Increasing learner participation. - Coordinating with institutions and employer partners. - Supporting program presentations. - Driving placement-linked outcomes. Qualifications - Good to Have: - Exposure to program operations, growth, partnerships, customer success, edtech, training, or placement coordination. - Experience in learner engagement, community building, outreach, or stakeholder coordination. - Interest in technology-driven education and product-led program management. Requirements - Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. - Strong presentation orientation with the ability to explain program details clearly to different stakeholders. - Interest in education, skilling, upskilling, employability, and workforce development. - Ability to work with students, institutions, employers, partners, and internal teams. - Basic understanding of digital platforms, SaaS, edtech, or skilling programs. - Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic reporting tools. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and timely manner. - Ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn. - Professional attitude and consistency in work.
