• Provide technical expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and round-trip efficiency for hundreds of solar and storage assets. • Oversee the portfolio from through the asset operating lifecycle, utilizing robust operating plans and budgets to drive output. • Drive the development of "best-in-industry" data and software tools to accommodate a scaling asset base. You will ensure data integrity across operating portfolio analytics and collaborate in the enhancement/integration of advanced monitoring platforms. • Partner with Construction Management, Engineering, and Finance to ensure a seamless "handshake" as assets move from construction into operations. • Build and manage a scalable system and oversee external service providers for both planned and unplanned service activities. • Negotiate high-value O&M contracts and manage RMA processes for faulty components, including critical BESS hardware. • Strengthen relationships with landowners, contractors, and internal asset management teams.

• Leads the manufacturing and supply chain teams, providing leadership aligned with Vera values resulting in a high performing organization. • Contributes to the strategic leadership of Vera’s late-stage programs acting as a strong team player. • Participate in sales and operations planning (S&OP) and Product Development Teams representing the Product Development and Manufacturing function. • Create synergy and knowledge sharing to enable optimal production planning processes to balance supply/demand risks. • Serves as a single point of contact to manage end-to-end global supply chain and foster the needed supplier relationships to drive excellence using appropriate metrics. • Serves as a strategic thought leader to craft and manage commercial supply contracts with an eye towards life cycle extension programs. • Create, develop and manage necessary tools for end-to-end demand/supply planning. • Provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and long-range planning for late-stage programs: BLA-enabling studies through BLA submission, commercial launch, and sustaining operations. • Develop and manage department budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility for manufacturing operations. • Develop fit for purpose operational processes and systems to support supplier metrics and other tools to enable continuous improvement / process excellence.

• Own the bank partner relationship portfolio • Manage existing partners and evaluate new ones • Support negotiations on commercial terms, operational SLAs, and integration roadmaps • Own the operational health of ACH, OCT, AFT, and cash rails • Drive cost-per-transaction down and reliability up • Build the playbook, SLA, and automation for disputes, suspensions, and support • Set the budget, manage banking partner spend, and drive cost-efficiency roadmap • Partner with Product and Engineering on payments infrastructure investments
