Qualifications - Formação: Diploma de bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Sistemas de Informação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas afins. - Pós-graduação ou MBA em Inteligência Artificial - Experiência consolidada em projetos envolvendo Inteligência Artificial, Machine Learning, Ciência de Dados ou Analytics Avançado. - Experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento, treinamento, validação e implantação de modelos de IA. - Experiência em projetos de análise preditiva, classificação, recomendação, processamento de linguagem natural (NLP) ou visão computacional. - Experiência em ambientes corporativos de grande porte e missão crítica. - Vivência em integração de soluções de IA com sistemas corporativos. • Build internal tools and automation workflows for the operations team using Cursor and n8n • Fix bugs and ship features in fast iterations - 3-4 production releases per day • Design and deploy AI agents that automate repetitive operational tasks end-to-end • Integrate with third-party APIs and internal systems without handholding • Own QA - test your releases against real business logic before pushing • Talk directly with ops users and translate vague feedback into precise solutions
