• Serve as the primary post-sale value partner for a portfolio of customer accounts. • Help customers define success with UserTesting and develop adoption plans aligned to their business goals. • Drive platform adoption, repeat usage, workflow integration, and broader organizational engagement. • Advise customers on research and insights best practices, methodology selection, and workflow integration. • Translate research concepts into practical guidance for stakeholders with varying levels of research experience. • Partner closely with Account Executives on account planning, renewals, value reviews, and expansion opportunities. • Identify customer risks related to adoption, engagement, or value realization and proactively recommend solutions. • Connect customers to the appropriate internal resources, including Support, Product, Finance, Enablement, and Professional Services teams. • Maintain customer engagement insights and documentation using tools such as Planhat, Gong, and Salesforce.

Location: Fully remote within the U.S. Your Impact - Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and more. - Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video, including offering general movement, sleep, or stress management advice as needed and related to nutrition care. - Employ Allara's provided nutrition training and educational materials to ensure consistent care while adapting to patient needs. - Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout the continuity of care. - Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in the medical management of your patients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. - Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week in addition to administrative time. - Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner. Required Qualifications - Certification: Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). - Experience: 1-year experience treating patients with complex women's health conditions (strongly desired). - Clinical Independence: Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills - Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity - Webside Manner: A natural ability to build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting - Evidence-Based Practice: A genuine commitment to delivering care rooted in current clinical research - Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools - Telemedicine Experience: Prior telehealth experience is a plus - State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Dietitian in at least one U.S. state is required.
