Title: Procurement Specialist | U.S. (Remote) Location: US Full time KellyOCG (Outsourcing and Consulting Group, a division of Kelly Services) is currently seeking a services procurement professional with a strong background in procurement operations and Statement of Work (SOW) program management to support clients. This position focuses on program service delivery and driving operational excellence for a key Managed Service Provider (MSP) program. Position Overview: The role is responsible for supporting successful service delivery and building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders and suppliers across all levels of the client organization. The global KellyOCG Services Procurement Center of Excellence team will support this position, assisting with continuous improvement initiatives, supply chain strategy and optimization efforts, and ongoing procurement consultation. Key Focus Areas: - SOW Lifecycle Management Optimization: Efficient management of the supplier statements of work from Procure-to-Pay. - Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships across Client business and procurement stakeholders. - Supplier Management: Overseeing contract administration activities. - Operational Excellence: Ensuring the program meets contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Roles and Responsibilities: This position will provide operational support and consultation to support the ongoing service delivery of KellyOCG-managed services procurement programs. Key responsibilities include: - Digitizing SOWs into Vendor Management Systems (VMS) - Supporting supplier onboarding strategies and handling escalations - Facilitating and monitoring SOW engagement life cycle management within VMS, including: - Creating new requests - Facilitating change orders - Monitoring payments - Onboarding and offboarding suppliers and workers - Translating service requirements into a digital SOW within a client’s VMS - Sourcing new suppliers - Consulting with client stakeholders to determine appropriate paths for engaging talent, guiding managers to proper buying channels, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines - Establishing and managing relationships among Suppliers, Client Managers, Procurement, and other stakeholders - Acting as a cooperative and contributing team member to ensure a high level of service is always offered to customers, suppliers, and program stakeholders Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences: - High School diploma and BA/BS or equivalent experience in Procurement, Technical, or Business-related field - 3 years’ experience in Procurement or an Operations role processing Statements of Work - Prior experience with VMS tools such as SAP Fieldglass/Beeline/VNDLY or procurement systems like SAP Ariba. - Proficient in developing professional relationships with clients and suppliers - Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple tasks with attention to detail - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving team environment - Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation - Efficient time management skills - Functional PC and internet skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based tools - Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is a must The annual base pay for this position is listed below.
