• Contribute to the authoring and deployment of agentic harnesses within existing agentic platforms • Assist in prototyping and iterating on agentic harnesses and LLM-integrated workflows • Define and implement benchmarks to evaluate the performance, reliability, and accuracy of agentic pipelines and workflows, supporting continuous improvement and quality assurance • Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and platforms, and surface relevant findings to the team • Support the identification and development of AI-powered automations that improve efficiency across service delivery, operations, and sales functions • Participate in workflow assessments to understand current-state processes and identify opportunities for agentic automation • Contribute to internal tools, integrations, and AI-assisted workflows in active use across the Northeast region • Serve as a hands-on resource for regional teams, building their capability to independently operate and maintain agentic harnesses • Other duties as assigned

• Innovate and oversee the AI capabilities powering reactive, proactive, and predictive customer support across all products and solutions. • Analyze customer issues and risk patterns to embed predictive and preventative AI capabilities directly into the support lifecycle. • Lead the ideation, prototyping, and scaling of AI-driven solutions from Proof of Concept (PoC) to full production. • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, product, and customer-facing teams to implement, optimize, and align solutions with business objectives. • Continuously evaluate new AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and data compliance. • Act as a mentor within a network of AI and technical experts, sharing best practices, lessons learned, and driving value realization and adoption.

• Build and deploy AI-powered voice and messaging agents for healthcare and life sciences clients, end-to-end. • Translate client workflows into real agent workflow design. • Run technical sessions with clients' clinical, IT, and ops teams; converting needs into prompts, tools, retrieval shapes, and vector stores. • Integrate with client data systems including CRMs, EHR/EMR platforms, specialty pharmacy systems, claims, and Rx data feeds and build the ingestion pipelines to support them. • Write the production stack in TypeScript - agent runtime, routing, orchestration, evals; help build out the ML side in Python (training, embeddings, model registry); compose declarative guardrails & integrations within workflows. • Engineer within HIPAA constraints: real-time API access to PHI (never stored at rest), de-identification pipelines, US-only data residency, encrypted recordings. • Design and maintain databases (relational and caching layers) that support both real-time agent operations and compliance audit trails. • Implement output guardrails ensuring agents remain informational and compliant with healthcare regulatory requirements. • Codify per-client configuration patterns into reusable components so each new client onboards faster than the last. • Collaborate with product, account management, and platform engineering to translate field learnings into platform improvements.

CompensationGC AI's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as meaningful equity and excellent benefits for all full-time roles. Our US-based compensation range for this role is $165,000 – $350,000. This range spans four levels, from mid-level to Principal. Final compensation will vary based on leveling, market conditions, geographic location, and candidate qualifications, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience assessed during the interview process.
