Job Requirements
- BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance
- Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
- 3+ years commercial insurance experience
- ACAS (Associate in Casualty Actuarial Society)
- Requires strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
- Have a solid understanding of the market landscape
- Requires the ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to professional staff
