• Own end-to-end modelling of LTV, user segmentation, retention, and marketing efficiency to inform media optimization and value attribution. • Collaborate with Paid Media and RevOps to optimize SEM performance, predict high-value cohorts, and power strategic bidding and targeting. • Work closely with Product Insights and General Managers (GMs) to define core metrics, KPIs, and success frameworks for new launches and features. • Conduct deep-dive analysis of user behaviour, funnel performance, and product engagement to uncover actionable insights. • Monitor and explain changes in key product metrics, identifying root causes and business impact. • Work closely with Data Engineering to design and maintain scalable data pipelines that support machine learning workflows, model retraining, and real-time inference. • Build predictive models for conversion, churn, revenue, and engagement using regression, classification, or time-series approaches. • Identify opportunities for prescriptive analytics and automation in key product and marketing workflows. • Support development of reusable ML pipelines for production-scale use cases in product recommendation, lead scoring, and SEM planning. • Present insights and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders — from ICs to executives — in a clear and compelling manner. • Translate business needs into data problems, and complex findings into strategic action plans. • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, BI, and Marketing to deliver and deploy your work.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, CS, Engineering, etc.)
  • 5+ years in data science, growth analytics, or decision science roles.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills (Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy).
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
  • Familiarity with LTV modelling, retention curves, cohort analysis, and media attribution.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Meta, or other performance marketing platforms.
  • Clear communication skills and a track record of turning data into decisions.

Discover Impactful Work: As a Data Reviewer, your role will be to perform review of a variety of routine and complex analytical analysis experiments that are conducted on pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical compounds with various formulations and/or biological matrices. Ensure analyses are following validated or experimental analytical procedures, and compare results to methodology, protocol and product specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) acceptance criteria, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Review data entered into databases and reports and monitors the quality of the laboratory data. Possess a thorough understanding of laboratory procedures and can reliably conduct complex analysis review independently. What You’ll Do: - Evaluate laboratory data for compliance with analytical methods, client directives, and SOPs. - Review sample results for scientific soundness, completeness, accurate representation of the data, and final reported results. - Communicate with laboratory staff to proactively maintain the quality of laboratory documentation. - Deliver review findings noting deficiencies within the analytical data or reports in a clear and concise manner. - Escalate significant deficiencies to the project leader or supervisor for assessment. - Facilitate conversations with lab staff on best documentation practices and addressing quality findings. - Advocate for quality and review process changes. - Identify and support process improvement initiatives. - Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree (Life Sciences degree preferred) or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience to provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years). Role Description The Conservation Impact System Team (IST) in the Chief Conservation Office plays a critical role in supporting global conservation implementation. The IST supports conservation teams, leaders, and executives to generate and use evidence in adaptive management and reporting so that TNC can achieve its goals for biodiversity, climate, and people. The Africa Regional Advisor will help the CDT provide more direct and integrated support for conservation data that meets the demand of conservation teams and leaders within TNC’s Africa Region to generate and use evidence to improve the quality of their decisions and their impact. - Cultivate an understanding of what drives customer satisfaction in the Africa region. - Serve as a cross-cultural/organizational broker and learning advocate. - Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key leadership and experts in the Africa Region. - Collaborate with MEL staff in Africa to ensure CDT's support aligns with their vision for conservation science data. - Work with regional MEL leaders and partners to align science data support with priority needs. - Collaborate closely with Africa MEL lead, CDT colleagues, and CST Africa regional counterpart. - Help deliver CDT offerings and provide technical and data science support. - Use a learn-by-doing approach to the development, implementation, and iteration of CDT offerings.
