Role Description The Auditor, Lead will plan, conduct, and lead audits for the ABS QE Aerospace Program. This position is remote. - Attend any required training and follow all procedures/processes/policies within ABS-QE for management of clients, management of a home-based office, use of ABS-QE equipment, and communication both internal and external to the organization. - Follow the training plan developed by the Global Competency Program to reach assessor status and then Lead assessor status through the prescribed program. - Work with Client Service Representatives for contacting clients and scheduling visits, planning assessments, making travel plans, conducting assessments, and reporting and managing results. - Work with the Aerospace Technical Manager on all customer concerns and ICOT scheme requirements. - Perform 3rd party onsite audits for National and International customers. - Responsible for leading teams, when necessary, and mentoring and coaching new or inexperienced colleagues as needed to meet business needs. - Schedule and plan audit activities with customers. - Interact directly with customers at all levels of management by developing accurate reports regarding the implementation and maintenance of their management system. - Provide timely and accurate reviews of audit results, corrective actions, and closures. - Participate in additional training based on future business needs. - Review quality manuals and associated documentation for compliance with requirements and applicable codes and/or standards. - Regular travel (50%+) to client sites and project locations is a core part of the role. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - A minimum of 2 years' experience in the Aviation, Space and Defense industry and at least one year's experience as an AEA for either AS9100, AS110, or AS9120. - Current Lead Auditor authentication in either AS9100, AS9120 or AS9100. Authentication in ISO 9001, 14001 or 13485 will be acceptable with experience in the Aviation, Space and Defense industry that can meet the requirements for Aerospace Authentication. - Minimum four (4) years of previous experience with Quality Control/Quality Assurance/Environmental related activities including auditing experience in Petroleum and/or Chemical Manufacturing industries is required. • Audit Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and/or conduct second party QMS audits for compliance with the 91XX and ISO series of standards, RTX and business unit policies & procedures, and regulatory and customer requirements across RTX sites. • Perform formal responsibilities of a lead auditor such as audit planning in conjunction with the EQA audit planner, representing the audit team with site leadership, conducting opening and closing meetings, and daily debriefs with site personnel. • Ensure that processes, products, and services comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. • Complete and issue detailed audit reports, including findings, non-conformances, and review and approve effective corrective actions and ensure implementation effectiveness. • May assist RTX Certification bodies during site surveillance and recertification audits, including facilitating audit schedules, logistics, and closure of corrective actions. • Data Analysis: Support analysis of audit performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. • Utilize data analytics to support comprehensive audit preparation and planning based on historical and current performance data. • Collaboration: Work closely with regional leads of the EQA team and Ops Excellence lead to support the audit schedule, ensuring that sites across RTX are audited per the schedule. • Foster collaborative relationships with functional and business leaders to promote a transformative quality organization aligned with business objectives. • Participate in weekly Corrective Action Review Board meetings to review and approve/reject formal corrective actions. • Special Audits and Assessments: Support special audits (e.g., suspensions, major customer complaints, high-risk sites, etc.), independent assessments, and site certifications as required by RTX business units.

• Conduct in-depth medical reviews through prepayment claims review and post-payment auditing to identify potential over-utilization or fraudulent activities. • Assist in the creation of audit tools, policies, procedures, and educational materials to enhance audit effectiveness and maintain high standards in payment integrity. • Serve as a liaison with service operations and other departments to provide status updates on claims reviews and coordinate actions as needed. • Analyze performance data to identify patterns and trends, collaborate with service operations to address process improvements, and recommend modifications to medical policy. • Support fraud investigators with medical review expertise to detect and address fraudulent activities. • Act as a resource and mentor to other nurse auditors, supporting their professional growth and development in audit practices.

• Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Inspektionen und Dokumentenprüfungen bei Betrieben in der Schweiz und im Ausland gemäss den jeweils gültigen Programmrichtlinien. • Anwendung und Umsetzung der relevanten Zertifizierungsstandards: Schweizerische Bio-Verordnung (CH Ordinance), Bio Suisse, Naturland, SAS aha!, Suisse Garantie, Demeter, NOP Zulassung von Vorteil. • Bewertung der Konformität von Produktions-, Verarbeitungs- und Handelsprozessen mit den Anforderungen der jeweiligen Standards. • Erstellung vollständiger, präziser und rückverfolgbarer Inspektionsberichte als Grundlage für Zertifizierungsentscheidungen. • Kommunikation mit zertifizierten Betrieben sowie internen Programmverantwortlichen bei Abweichungen und Korrekturmassnahmen.
