Role Description We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Compliance Analyst who is excited to grow their career in healthcare compliance. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Chief Compliance Officer and play an important role in strengthening and scaling our compliance program. You’ll gain hands-on experience across audits, investigations, policy management, and training—while contributing to a program that supports ethical, high-quality healthcare delivery. What you'll do - Help drive the day-to-day operations of our Corporate Compliance Program - Conduct and maintain exclusion screenings - Keep compliance policies, procedures, and tracking systems accurate, organized, and audit-ready - Play an active role in audits and monitoring activities, including documentation review and follow-up on corrective actions - Support the intake, tracking, and documentation of compliance concerns and investigations with professionalism and discretion - Track and support compliance training efforts, helping create clear and engaging communications and materials - Assist with onboarding by ensuring new team members are set up with the right compliance resources and training - Contribute to policy development, updates, and organization-wide distribution of key resources like the Code of Conduct - Prepare reports and summaries that provide meaningful insights and support cross-functional collaboration Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Healthcare Administration, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field - Experience in healthcare compliance, audit support, regulatory operations, or administrative coordination is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion - Ability to follow processes consistently while also thinking critically and solving problems - Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills - A proactive mindset with strong judgment and analytical thinking - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint) Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - Life and disability coverage - 401(k) with company match - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development support and learning allowance

Role Description The Inventory Quality Specialist supports the Inventory Quality division of the Exchange Quality Department by monitoring supply partner inventory across different areas, and performing various audits of supply before and after activation to ensure supply is compliant and brand safe and meets or exceeds all applicable regulations and Index Exchange quality guidelines.
