Manager, Portfolio Strategy

• Supports enterprise growth by advancing the evaluation, development, and scaling of new and existing portfolio offerings • Conducts structured market assessments, including segmentation, opportunity sizing, competitive landscape analysis, and regulatory dynamics • Develops financial models and multi-year business cases for new and existing service lines, managed services platforms, and partnership initiatives • Supports commercialization planning for emerging portfolio offerings, including positioning frameworks and internal playbooks • Identifies adoption barriers and recommends structured solutions to accelerate uptake and growth

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related area
  • MBA/MHA is a plus
  • 4–6+ years in corporate strategy or 2-4+ years in management consulting
  • Experience supporting executive decision-making

Role Description MT & Associates is hiring an Operations Manager as a key leadership role to oversee day-to-day operations, manage and develop a small internal team, and partner directly with the CEO. This role is fully remote with a strong preference for candidates in the St. Louis metro area who can support local needs as they arise.
