• Design and implement integration workflows on the Workato platform based on defined functional and technical specifications. • Ensure proper error handling and logging mechanisms within integration flows. • Produce clear, structured technical documentation for each integration scenario. • Maintain an updated knowledge base of integration use cases and system behaviors. • Perform functional testing of workflows. • Validate the accuracy of data transfers and transformations. • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. • Conduct root cause analysis and data reconciliation when misalignments or errors occur. • Work closely with business stakeholders, SaaS platform owners, and the IT team to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. • Stay current with SaaS platform updates and recommend integration improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in iPaaS platforms (ideally Workato; Zapier, Make, or similar platforms are also relevant).
  • Good understanding of APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), and relational database concepts.
  • Experience reading and interpreting technical documentation and API references.
  • Basic scripting or logic-building skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in both written and spoken formats.
