- Lead and manage all GIS technical deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality outputs aligned with client requirements and company standards. **- Oversee the full GIS workflow, from data acquisition and processing to final integration into immersive environments. **- Maintain strict adherence to standardised data structures, schemas, naming conventions, and metadata protocols for all geospatial datasets. **- Develop, implement, and enforce best-practice GIS data management policies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability. **- Perform advanced geospatial data processing, cleaning, transformation, and quality assurance using ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms. **- Prepare and optimise GIS datasets (vector, raster, elevation/DEM, 3D features, and attribute data) for ingestion into Unreal Engine. **- Utilise Unreal Engine tools and plugins (e.g. ArcGIS Maps SDK for Unreal Engine) to import, geo-reference, and integrate GIS data into real-time 3D environments and digital twins. **- Collaborate closely with Unreal Engine developers, 3D artists, and visualisation teams to troubleshoot geospatial integration issues (coordinate systems, scale, precision, performance optimisation). **- Ensure geospatial accuracy, coordinate reference system alignment, and visual fidelity when translating GIS data into Unreal Engine scenes. **- Manage version control, backups, and archiving of GIS datasets to support project iteration and long-term asset reuse. **- Document GIS processes, data pipelines, and Unreal Engine ingestion workflows to facilitate team knowledge sharing and onboarding. **- Identify and implement opportunities to automate GIS-to-Unreal data pipelines for increased efficiency on large-scale projects. **- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior GIS team members on data standards, Unreal integration techniques, and project-specific requirements. **- Research and source GIS datasets to support world-building teams. **- Stay current with advancements in GIS technologies, game-engine geospatial tools, and emerging best practices for immersive digital twin development.

• Design, build, and maintain Sun King’s internal geospatial data environment, consolidating electrification plans, socioeconomic datasets, grid maps, demographic layers, mobility data, and other spatial resources across markets. • Develop and maintain geospatial databases with a strong focus on data quality, consistency, and ease of access. • Integrate Sun King’s proprietary data (sales performance, agent networks, customer locations, asset positions, and operational activity) into GIS platforms. • Streamline GIS workflows and develop custom scripts to improve processing speed and efficiency. • Work closely with Data & BI teams to incorporate GIS outputs into company dashboards and planning tools (for example, Tableau or Power BI). • Develop or coordinate interactive, web-based visualisation platforms and layered GIS maps that combine demographic, economic, and infrastructure data for use by internal and external stakeholders. • Partner with software development teams to integrate GIS data and market potential models into mobile applications used by field teams. • Present complex spatial insights in clear, practical ways that enable action among non-technical teams. • Enable internal teams to apply geospatial tools and outputs effectively in their work. • Coordinate relationships with external GIS partners, research institutions, and data providers.

Role Description The GIS Specialist I supports Celerity’s project team by providing geospatial and data management expertise to client projects. This role is responsible for reviewing engineering documents, validating asset data, and using GIS tools to create, analyze, and maintain records and maps. Working closely with engineers and project managers, the GIS Specialist I helps ensure accurate documentation of utility assets, supports quality control processes, and contributes to client deliverables. Key Responsibilities - Review engineering documents, drawings, and specifications to identify key information for analysis. - Verify data on underground and overhead electric system structures, including components, configurations, and supporting documentation of current asset conditions. - Perform searches and data validation using client platforms such as GIS, SAP, and document repositories. - Conduct GIS functions including creating, modifying, and updating records, maps, and diagrams; querying geodatabases; and extracting data for analysis. - Gather and research data from engineering as-built drawings and project documentation. - Perform quality control (QC) and review checks for asset inventories, engineering drawings, and related records. - Provide mark-ups and redlines on engineering documents in accordance with client and project specifications. - Maintain project tracking logs and coordination tools, including status updates, schedules, and challenges. - Produce project reports, maps, and updates as needed to support client and internal teams. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, or a related discipline; OR a GIS certificate plus relevant experience. - At least 1 year of work experience (GIS experience preferred but not required). - Demonstrated skill with Esri ArcGIS (ArcGIS Desktop 10.x/ArcGIS Pro) to develop, edit, and maintain data from engineering as-built drawings. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access). - Understanding of geographic data types, including land base, imagery, and utility infrastructure. - Strong attention to detail and ability to complete complex assignments accurately. - Effective verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites. - Ability to work extended hours and/or overtime as needed. • Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products. • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures. • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures. • Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products. • Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business. • Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities. • Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products. • Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region. • Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support. • Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.
