• Lead and manage a high-performing team of MSLs, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development • Develop and execute the field medical strategy aligned with corporate objectives and medical affairs vision • Guide the team in building and maintaining trusted scientific relationships • Analysis and communication of MSL field insights to shape and refine corporate strategy • Partner with medical affairs, clinical development, and commercial leadership to ensure scientific alignment and seamless cross-functional collaboration • Ensure compliant coordination between medical and commercial teams • Coordinate with clinical development teams on priorities and study support • Develop and monitor key performance indicators and field metrics for scientific engagement effectiveness • Ensure all field activities comply with corporate policies, applicable regulations, and ethical standards
Job Requirements
- Advanced degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical affairs
- Minimum of 2 years prior field medical leadership experience building and managing teams
- Oncology Medical Affairs experience required
- Travel will be required, up to 30-50%

Role Description The Director, Data & Analytics is responsible for establishing and leading SCN BestCo’s enterprise data and analytics function. This role defines the data strategy, designs and builds a modern cloud-based data platform, and enables trusted reporting, advanced analytics, and predictive insights across the organization. Reporting to the CIO, the position leads the development of data architecture, integration, governance, security, and analytics capabilities, partnering closely with business and technology leaders to ensure data is accurate, secure, and actionable. This is a foundational leadership role focused on building scalable data platforms, teams, and standards that support informed decision-making and long-term growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SCN BestCo’s enterprise data platform, including data architecture, integration, and analytics capabilities. - Build and maintain reliable data pipelines from SAP, JD Edwards (JDE), and other systems into the cloud using Boomi and Azure Data Factory. - Design, develop, and operate a dimensional data warehouse in Azure using Fact/Dimension modeling to support reporting and analytics. - Create and manage data marts that support business units and enable consistent, self-service reporting. - Oversee the full Power BI lifecycle including report development, data model optimization, publishing, and maintenance in Power BI Online. - Lead the delivery of advanced analytics and predictive modeling initiatives to support business decision-making and strategic planning. - Establish and enforce data governance practices, including data definitions, lineage, quality standards, and stewardship across the organization. - Define and implement data security and access controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Partner with business leaders to understand requirements, prioritize initiatives, and translate needs into scalable data solutions. - Drive continuous improvement in data processes, tools, and standards to increase efficiency, data quality, and business value. - Travel required approximately 6–8 weeks per year (typically 2 weeks each quarter) to company facilities and key business locations for stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and project delivery.
