Role Description The Senior Provider Compensation & Contracting Analyst ensures the accurate and timely preparation of financial modeling and scenario analysis for provider compensation which impacts the business performance of the health system. The Senior Analyst monitors and tracks internal activity related to provider contracts, and maintains a working knowledge of current provider activities & compensation practices. The Senior Analyst is also responsible for administration and optimization of a provider compensation administration software which includes report outputs and communications. The Senior Analyst interacts, provides guidance, and presents clear compensation and contract information to organizational senior leaders in a professional, confident, and knowledgeable manner. Remote role open to: AR, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MI, MO, NE, SD, TN, TX, WV, WI Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field - 5 years in healthcare, legal business, compensation or similar - 3 years contract management experience - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software - Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented Requirements - Master's level coursework in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field - Experience with finance in an integrated healthcare environment including medical group operations - Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies, provider compensation incentive metrics including value based, benchmarking or financial planning - Licensure/Certifications: CPA, CMA, CHFP, or PMP certification - Proficiency in using Provider Compensation Administration software - Knowledge of legal forms and legal requirements for employed physician contracts and addendums preferred - Understanding of the provider compensation industry, trends, issues, risks, etc. - Experience with database and decision support systems - Highly organized with project management experience Benefits - Comprehensive and market-competitive total rewards package - Benefits, compensation, recognition, and well-being offerings

• Accounting recordkeeping (bank reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, ratios and related tasks) for companies taxed under the Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes; • Submission of statutory filings and ancillary obligations (such as DEFIS, ECD, ECF); • Registration of accounting books with the Board of Trade (Juntas Comerciais); • Provide technical accounting support and clarify technical accounting questions for the support team and other accounting staff; • Assist in distributing workloads, resolving escalations, and participating in meetings as necessary.
