Ascertain
• Own partner success after the sale by leading onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term retention efforts for strategic healthcare customers. • Serve as the primary partner contact, building relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders. • Lead deployments from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines, milestones, risks, training, and change management activities. • Drive adoption and measurable outcomes by helping customers integrate Ascertain into daily workflows and achieve operational and financial goals. • Measure and communicate ROI using key performance metrics to support renewals, expansion opportunities, and strategic decision-making. • Partner with Sales to grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and success. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to improve the customer experience and influence product development. • Build scalable processes and playbooks for onboarding, training, support, and customer success as the function grows.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years leading implementations, onboarding, or post-sale delivery for healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with healthcare providers and operational teams, with a strong understanding of ambulatory practice workflows and revenue cycle operations.
- Cardiology experience is required; oncology experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term customer success.
- Familiarity with ambulatory EHR platforms such as athenaOne, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills, with the ability to engage both executive and operational stakeholders.
- Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
