Job Requirements
- Expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of state management and performance optimization
- Strong experience with Tailwind CSS or SASS or SCSS, delivering refined, polished, and visually sharp UIs
- Proven ability to architect and scale complex Next.js applications, leveraging features such as App Router, SSR, SSG, and ISR
- Familiarity with fetch management libraries such as react-query or similar
- Hands-on experience with CSS animations, transitions, and layout techniques to create smooth, engaging interfaces
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality front-end development work
- A keen eye for design, detail, and user experience, ensuring seamless interactions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance startup environment, iterating quickly on new ideas
- Experience with GSAP for smooth animations and interactions
- Experience with R3F, React Three Fiber, or Three.js for immersive 3D experiences
- Proven ability to lead large-scale migrations to Next.js, designing and implementing solutions that make full use of its strengths
- Deep understanding of caching mechanisms and CDN integrations to enhance the performance and scalability of Next.js applications worldwide
- Experience implementing sophisticated internationalization and localization strategies for global user bases in Next.js projects

- For this role, the expected base salary range is $140,000 to $260,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
