This full-time leadership role will oversee predictive modeling, fraud detection analytics, and data mining activities while ensuring methodological rigor, regulatory compliance, and high-quality analytical outputs. The ideal candidate combines deep statistical expertise with strong leadership capabilities and experience working with large healthcare datasets. Key Responsibilities • Lead development and validation of statistical models, predictive analytics, and advanced analytical methodologies. • Oversee fraud detection and anomaly identification initiatives. • Analyze complex healthcare data and translate findings into actionable insights. • Establish model governance standards and documentation protocols. • Supervise and mentor analytics staff. • Communicate complex statistical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience applying statistics to support business or program objectives.
- Experience in predictive modeling, data mining, neural networks, or advanced analytical techniques.
- Demonstrated experience working with healthcare claims or similar structured datasets preferred.
- Education
- Master’s degree in statistics or related discipline required.
