• Support field and Service Center personnel • Own the revenue close cycle for 70+ locations • Ensure staffing mix matches with field needs • Create monthly analysis of key trends and KPIs • Champion efficiencies related to workflow • Participate in EMR enhancements • Document and perform AR functions using best practices • Assist with internal and external audit/SOX requests • Operationalize new acquisitions
