Role Description Weaver is seeking an Advisory Administrative Assistant III. This person provides administrative support to the Advisory Partners and internal teams. They are responsible for general administrative duties, which include: - Preparing reports - Typing correspondence - Maintaining electronic binder/filing system and related spreadsheets - Interacting/corresponding with clients via telephone, email, and in person The ideal candidate will be professional and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is: - A team player - Professional - Organized - Detail-oriented This position can be virtual or 100% in-office if in Fort Worth, Austin, or San Antonio with expected work hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and overtime required during busy seasons for the team.
