Technology Talent Manager

• Recruit and place technology professionals across software engineering, cloud, QA, product and delivery teams. • Build and maintain a strong network of contractors and permanent talent. • Manage staff augmentation and contractor engagements from onboarding through to renewal. • Support resource planning and allocation across projects and client accounts. • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams. • Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, renewals and related administration. • Provide salary benchmarking, market intelligence and hiring advice. • Support business development, proposals and growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in technology recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience recruiting within software development, digital product engineering or technology consulting environments.
- Experience working with contractors, staff augmentation and professional services delivery models.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded, organized and highly driven.
