Advisory Solution Consultant – Healthcare

SailPoint

• Actively participate in the sales process and work closely with the direct and channel sales teams • Discover and understand customer requirements and align our solutions to those requirements • Present SailPoint business functions, value, and competitive differences • Provide product demonstrations to prospective customers • Assist in developing RFP responses in coordination with our RFP response team • Participate in onsite and remote Proof of Value (POV) evaluations • Provide feedback to Product Management on product enhancements

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software company
  • 3+ years working with Identity, Governance, and Access Management solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A working knowledge of technical infrastructure, including web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories, is required
  • Conversant in modern SaaS architecture
  • Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, Python, Azure/AWS/GCP is desirable

Role Description Harbor is seeking an Application Managed Services Consultant to join our dynamic Legal Technology & Operations – Application Managed Services team. Our team is at the forefront of delivery of a quality service for our clients who have managed service agreements. The role is split into 2 main areas of responsibility: - Monitoring and resolving issues within client production environments. This is termed “business as usual”. - Improving configuration and processes for clients, based on changing needs. This is termed as “continual improvement”. Business as usual includes the following responsibilities: - Assist clients and other team members with production issues in a timely fashion, these could be data or process related. - Provide regular and concise client updates when resolving issues. - Collaborate with technology providers and clients to resolve defects. - Support and enhance integrations with third party applications. - Reconcile data across various systems. - Configure Intapp product software. - Gain knowledge to become a subject matter expert in both the supported applications and business processes. - Attend Intapp partner update meetings to understand future enhancements. - Attend regular client meetings to provide status updates across all logged issues. Continuous improvement includes the following responsibilities: - Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute planned changes to client implementation components. - Execute test plans to validate outcomes from continuous improvement items. - Document small changes to include communication back to the client. - Actively participate in deployment of changes.
