Inside Sales Representative
Wind River Environmental
• Drive revenue and keep technicians productive by converting field-identified opportunities into completed work • Start by reviewing service recommendations submitted by technicians and prioritize follow-ups • Connect with customers via phone and email to move opportunities forward • Walk customers through findings and guide them toward the right solution • Manage a high volume of active opportunities across multiple branches • Generate and manage quotes, document activity, and track service orders • Work closely with operations teams to align on scope, pricing, scheduling, and execution
Job Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or a high-volume B2B environment
- Strong communication skills across phone and email
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and guide conversations professionally
- Comfort working within CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including tools within the Salesforce ecosystem such as Service Cloud
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to learn processes quickly and adapt within a fast-paced environment
- Strong personal accountability and attention to detail
