Software Engineer I, Core Product
Motive
• Build new UI components and customize existing ones to provide flexibility without compromising on simplicity • Integrate with third party API’s for both backend and frontend use cases • Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to manage projects • Shape our core product to ensure scalability and great user experience • Move the business forward by delighting our customers and our internal teams • Build robust integrations between Motive products, business systems, and third-party data sources to unlock speed and efficiency • Work in a small, elite, cross-functional, and dynamic engineering team where your contributions have an immediate and noticeable impact
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of React experience
- 1+ years of backend development experience (Ruby on Rails and/or Python preferred)
- Small startup experience (1-20 engineers)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with great follow-through.
