• Do deep research into the experience of practices within Cherry • Identify and solve points of friction in Cherry’s product offering and business operations • Understand the competitive landscape and ensure Cherry is best-in-class • Define the plan for how Cherry gets to majority market share • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Risk, etc. to successfully deploy impactful initiatives • Own metrics such as lifetime value per practice, total transaction volume, market share, and net promoter score (NPS) • Deep-dive into all communications sent to practices from marketing, sales, and product to ensure that they tell a coherent story and are not overwhelming • Collect and organize user feedback to create a prioritized roadmap for product and organizational improvements • Work with Sales and Product to develop compelling collateral to highlight the best and most important aspects about Cherry

• Develop relationships with a large number of partner practices, driving mutual success through the retention and growth of Cherry transaction volume • Proactively leverage data, insights, and technology to optimize engagement of your partner practice portfolio and maximize desired outcomes • Share enthusiasm, best practices, and enable partner practices with a focus on leveraging payment plan technology to grow their business • Strategically allocate your time on the most productive opportunities of growth and risk mitigation within your portfolio of partner practices • Master the industry and use expertise to influence business process adoption with your customers as a trusted advisor • Accurately forecast your expected portfolio transaction volume on a regular basis • Consistently log and track interactions in our Customer Relationship Management system • Take initiative to continuously improve your approach by seeking feedback, learning, and experimenting with new engagement tactics • Take ownership and accountability of your own success, as well as that of your customers • Strengthen Cherry in your assigned portfolio by asking for referrals at every possible opportunity • Partner with customers over experience feedback to help inform stakeholder teams, like Product, of opportunity areas • Be a team player, give and accept feedback, collaborate with colleagues, and seek to lift every member of your team to greatness • Act like an owner at all times

• Own the full design system: component library, React codebase, interaction patterns, tokens, and documentation • Write, ship, and maintain production React code with strong code hygiene, testing practices, and clear architecture • Define the interaction and visual design language for Cherry's component library: the standard every surface is held to • Encode quality standards into the system itself: components, tokens, and rules that make the right choice the easy choice • Work with AI tooling (Claude, Cursor, Codex) to embed design rules into development workflows, so quality guidance is available at the moment decisions are made • Partner with Cherry's AI Enablement team to build internal tools that extend the design system's reach • Partner closely with our front-end engineering team in Turkey on component architecture, implementation, and code review • Serve the product design team as their primary design system partner, guiding usage and enabling confident contribution • Work with the broader engineering org to ensure components are easy to adopt, well-documented, and production-ready • Own the strategy for how Cherry's design system evolves as AI becomes part of every designer's and engineer's workflow • Define the roadmap for components, pattern evolution, and process, with an eye toward what design systems look like in 2-3 years • Advocate for the long-term health of the system, balancing team requests with architectural integrity

• Own experience quality across Cherry's consumer and provider surfaces, including web applications, checkout flows, provider onboarding and acquisition funnels, the provider portal, and our connected rewards ecosystem • Lead design personally on the most complex and ambiguous problems, particularly in provider acquisition where clarity, persuasion, and conversion are critical • Design and maintain cohesive cross-experience journeys, reducing friction between consumer-facing, provider-facing, and internal surfaces • Set and enforce quality standards through direction, critique, and your own example • Act as the primary design partner to group-level Product leadership, co-owning experience strategy and roadmap prioritization • Identify design risk early, proactively adjusting scope, sequencing, or staffing before problems compound • Balance short-term execution needs with longer-term experience coherence and scalability • Influence decisions across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing without relying on formal authority • Manage and develop a small team of Senior to Staff-level designers (up to three reports) • Hire thoughtfully, finding designers who raise the ceiling, not just fill seats • Coach through real work: design reviews, pairing sessions, and direct feedback that moves people forward • Build a team culture where craft is the expectation, not the exception

• Own the full design system: Figma component library, React component codebase, interaction patterns, tokens, and documentation • Write, ship, and maintain production React code with strong code hygiene, testing practices, and clear architecture • Define the interaction and visual design language for Cherry's component library, ensuring every component is crafted with precision • Build components that are robust, flexible, and scalable, enabling teams to ship cohesive experiences without reinventing patterns • Work fluently across design and engineering tools, including Figma or Pencil, and AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex • Bridge the gap between design and engineering workflows, ensuring the system works seamlessly in both environments • Establish workflows that allow the design system to evolve quickly while maintaining quality and consistency • Build toward a future where every team at Cherry can prototype rapidly using production-ready components • Partner closely with our front-end engineering team in Turkey on component architecture, implementation, and code review • Work with the broader engineering org to ensure components are easy to adopt, well-documented, and production-ready • Serve the product design team as their primary design system partner, understanding what they need and guiding them in how to use and contribute to the system • Enable product designers to work within the system confidently, making changes and building with components rather than working around them • Own the strategy for how Cherry's design system scales, both the component library and the processes around it • Define the roadmap for new components, pattern evolution, and system-level improvements • Ensure the system reduces experience risk across all five products, so that using Cherry's components naturally produces cohesive, high-quality output regardless of the surface • Advocate for the long-term health of the system, balancing team requests with architectural integrity and scalability

• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend interfaces and backend APIs/services • Build responsive, accessible UI components using modern frontend frameworks • Work with product, design, and DevOps teams to ship complete end-to-end features • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across the full stack • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Contribute to debugging, optimizing, and improving existing systems • Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced engineers

• Support the following Compliance functions: • Regulatory Strategy. Manage company license applications and renewals; respond to regulatory inquiries; and manage state examinations. • Compliance Management Program. Manage the Company’s Compliance programs relating to: policies & procedures, training, consumer complaints, issue management, marketing, and vendor management. • Audit. Manage internal and third-party audits including investigating issues, responding to requests, and leading remediation efforts. • Support business teams on compliance and regulatory requirements. • Other duties as assigned
