Role Description En Esval y Aguas del Valle nos encontramos en búsqueda de Ingeniero Civil para desempeñarse como Ingeniero o Ingeniera Planificación de Infraestructura donde deberá implementar la estrategia de la Planificación de Infraestructura, con una mirada integradora del mediano y largo plazo, para anticiparnos a las necesidades de infraestructura sanitaria, robusteciendo la estabilidad operacional de los sistemas. - Elaborar y actualizar los balances de oferta y demanda de la infraestructura sanitaria, para identificar los déficits, y poder generar un plan quinquenal de obras de capacidad. - Elaborar, integrar y proponer priorización del Plan de infraestructura Sanitaria de manera anticipada, para contribuir a la continuidad y calidad del servicio. - Realizar un seguimiento del Plan de Infraestructura y la proyección de demanda mediante los Indicadores Operacionales de Capacidad, para retroalimentar al Plan de Inversiones. - Analizar los escenarios de largo plazo, proponiendo alternativas a nivel de prefactibilidad, que respondan al crecimiento de la demanda, para planificar de manera anticipada la Macro Infraestructura Sanitaria. - Coordinar y supervisar el desarrollo de estudios para generar antecedentes que permitan proyectar la Infraestructura Sanitaria y las proyecciones de la demanda para los sistemas de la compañía. *El cargo tiene salidas a terreno Qualifications - Ingeniería Civil - 0 a 1 año de experiencia - Licencia de conducir clase B (requisito excluyente) Esta oferta es apta para personas en situación de discapacidad. • Develop, maintain, and govern a centralized IT documentation repository covering infrastructure systems, network topology, server configurations, and asset inventories. • Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, technical guides, and architecture diagrams for all IT infrastructure components. • Establish and enforce documentation standards, templates, and version control practices across the IT team. • Conduct periodic reviews and audits of existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. • Manage document lifecycle processes including creation, approval, revision, and archival. • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and related infrastructure. • Document change management activities, including system upgrades, patching schedules, and infrastructure modifications. • Support incident management processes by maintaining accurate records of incidents, root cause analyses (RCA), and resolution steps. • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to capture and translate technical knowledge into clear, structured documentation. • Ensure IT documentation aligns with ITIL frameworks, ISO 27001, or other relevant standards adopted by the organization. • Support internal and external audits by preparing and presenting accurate, up-to-date documentation packages. • Identify documentation gaps and proactively develop materials to address operational and compliance risks. • Liaise with system administrators, network engineers, security teams, and business units to gather technical information for documentation purposes. • Provide guidance and training to IT staff on documentation tools, standards, and best practices. • Prepare reports and dashboards on documentation coverage and status for IT management review.

JOB SUMMARY The Infrastructure Architecture Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and support of the organization's enterprise infrastructure environment. This role serves as the technical lead for network architecture, virtualization, cloud services, storage, server infrastructure, and disaster recovery initiatives. The position works closely with the IT Manager to develop infrastructure strategies, establish technical standards, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of enterprise systems. Essential Functions: Network Architecture & Engineering - Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, and internet connectivity solutions. - Architect network segmentation utilizing VLANs, routing policies, ACLs, and security zones. - Design and maintain enterprise routing and switching environments utilizing protocols such as OSPF and BGP. - Develop high-availability network solutions including redundancy, failover, and load balancing. - Perform network capacity planning, performance analysis, and optimization. Virtualization & Server Infrastructure - Architect and administer VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V, and related virtualization platforms. - Design highly available compute environments supporting business-critical applications. - Manage server lifecycle planning, capacity management, and infrastructure optimization. - Support operating system upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects. Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure - Design and support hybrid infrastructure environments utilizing Microsoft Azure and AWS. - Develop cloud architecture standards and deployment methodologies. - Evaluate cloud migration opportunities and infrastructure-as-a-service solutions.
