About the Position As a Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer at Constructor, you will support hiring across technical and GTM roles, working closely with the Talent team to ensure an efficient, well-run recruitment process. The role is centred on owning virtual onsite interview scheduling end to end, while also supporting candidate communication, ATS updates, and pipeline visibility. You’ll play a key role in keeping hiring moving quickly and ensuring candidates have a clear, positive experience at every stage. We’re also looking for someone who is keen to build a longer-term career within Talent and is excited to get involved in sourcing and broader recruitment support over time. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing complex virtual onsite scheduling across multiple interviewers and time zones, ensuring clear and timely communication for all parties - Communicating with candidates throughout the scheduling process, including confirmations, updates, and rescheduling - Proactively flagging risks, delays, or issues to recruiters - Keeping interview stages, scheduling activity, and notes up to date in the ATS - Following up on pending actions and surfacing blockers such as missing feedback or calendar conflicts - Staying closely aligned with recruiters on priorities and upcoming interview volume to help prevent bottlenecks About the Team We’re a global, remote-first team that values clarity, ownership, and thoughtful execution. Job Requirements
- You have experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or sourcing, either in-house or in an agency environment. You’re confident in managing calendars and stakeholders across time zones and communicate clearly and professionally. You’re comfortable using ATS tools and Slack, stay organised in fast-moving environments, and are available to work US East Coast hours to cover the EMEA and West Coast core hours.

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for technical roles (Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, and similar), managing complex, multi-panel loops across time zones. • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate onsite, virtual, and panel interviews with precision and speed. • Manage candidate communications throughout the process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint. • Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and keep pipelines organized and up to date. • Identify friction points in our recruiting workflows and proactively propose and implement improvements. • Build and refine scalable coordination playbooks, templates, and SOPs that can grow with the team. • Track and report on coordination metrics (scheduling turnaround times, candidate NPS, etc.) and use data to drive improvements. • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and facilities to ensure seamless onsite interview logistics. • Support the rollout of new recruiting tools and integrations that enhance team efficiency. • Act as a trusted partner to recruiters, ensuring they can focus on sourcing and relationship-building while you own the operational details. • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, particularly within Engineering, to deeply understand their team needs and interview preferences. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the scheduling and interview process, representing our brand with warmth and professionalism.
